We installed a BEKA EP-1 automatic lubrication system to handle the job. Now it greases itself, keeps running longer, and frees up the crew to focus on work – not maintenance.

BEKA EP-1 Grease System for Manitou Telehandler

Overview

Telehandlers are some of the most versatile machines on any site, often used for multiple tasks by multiple operators. But when no one “owns” the machine, greasing is often forgotten. That wasn’t going to be the case for this Manitou.

The Challenge

This telehandler was a high use machine on-site, fitted with quick release attachments and operated by different team members throughout the day. With no one specifically responsible for greasing, the machine was at risk of wear and tear from lack of consistent maintenance.

The Solution

Our team assessed the setup and installed a BEKA EP-1 progressive grease system. Now, every lubrication point gets the grease it needs and when it needs it. It’s one less thing for the crew to worry about, and a big step forward for protecting the life of the machine.

The Result

This Manitou is now self-lubricating with minimal input from the operator,  meaning more uptime, less maintenance risk, and a longer service life across all key components.
