How the Groeneveld Twin works
Pump - The pump draws grease from the reservoir and alternates pressure between two primary grease lines.
Meter - Distribution blocks and metering units deliver a measured dose to each lubrication point.
Confirm - A pressure switch confirms the required pressure has reached the system, while built-in monitoring warns of low grease levels or faults.
The operator knows straight away
Status - The green light confirms the system is active and the display shows the selected greasing mode.
Warning - The yellow light warns when the grease level is low, while the red light and fault code show when the system needs attention.
Adjust - The operator can select light, medium or heavy-duty greasing from the cab to suit the machine's workload.

Install - Our technicians fit the system to your machine or plant, either on site or in the workshop. Most installations take around one to three days, depending on the machine and system complexity.
Calibrate - We set the grease output and operating intervals, test the system and confirm each lubrication point is receiving the correct amount.
