What is the BEKA AZU?

It’s an automated oil lubrication pump built specifically for chain applications. While your machine is in operation, the AZU delivers small, controlled amounts of oil directly to the chain, keeping it running clean and smooth without manual input.

This cross-sectional view of the BEKA AZU pump shows the internal drive system that powers the delivery pistons. As the drive shaft rotates, it activates a cam disk that creates suction and pressure strokes, drawing oil from the reservoir and pushing it precisely to each lubrication point.


What makes it better than manual oiling?

Manual oiling usually means:

  • over or under lubricated chains

The AZU automates the whole process, delivering just the right amount of oil exactly where it’s needed, reducing friction and wear on every link.

How many lubrication points can it cover?

Up to 12 points. It can be configured for:

  • 6 individual outlets, or
  • 12 paired outlets
    Each outlet has its own adjustable feed rate, so you can fine-tune oil flow per chain section.

Will it fit on my machine?
