Grease System Help

Why does E11 keep showing even after I’ve bled the system?

I’ve bled Line A and run a manual cycle, but the E11 fault still keeps coming back after a few hours. Grease lines are full, and the reservoir is topped up.

Anyone seen this before? Could it be a faulty pressure switch, or something else?

Just adding a follow-up: this ended up being air trapped in Line A. We’d bled it manually but didn’t purge the pump properly.

Fixed it by:

  • Re-filling the reservoir fully
  • Running a few manual cycles
  • Bleeding again at the furthest metering unit

Also worth checking the pressure switch connection — we’ve seen them vibrate loose in field units.
